Fee Structures and Arrangements

If you want certainty over what you're spending, depending on the nature of the work at hand, then we can provide fixed price packages.

If you want certainty over availability but not sure what you may need specifically,  then a retainer is the answer for you.

For medium to longer term arrangements then a holistic day rate is typically best. This will vary depending on location, skill sets engaged, and complexity of task.

For smaller tasks or where greater flexibility is required then an hourly rate may be a better fit but these are less cost effective for longer term engagements.

For larger or more complex jobs then various other options are available including retainers, pain/gain share in addition to an agreed base rate .

We are based out of the UK and our rates will vary depending on location, onsite requirements, IT overheads and a few other factors. While we are located in the UK, we can satisfy international customers depending on circumstances.

We will always be open about our fees and what the services will cost you with specific quotations for each enquiry - so you can engage with us with no surprises.
